1 large peach
1 cup blueberries
2 cups regular or nut milk
¼ cup oats
honey, maple syrup, stevia or xylitol
1. Chop the peach. Place in the food processor/blender.
2. Add blueberries, milk, oats, and some sweetener.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Check if the smoothie is sweet enough for you. Add more sweetener, if necessary. Serve immediately.
