Ingredients:

1 soft boiled egg, sliced in half

1 slice of a healthy whole-wheat bread, toasted and sliced in half

1 avocado mashed, add salt and pepper to taste

1/2 of an orange sliced into three pieces

Directions:

1. Put the egg in a pot and make sure there is enough water in the pot so that the egg is covered by at least 1/2 inch of water.

2. Bring to a boil. Once water has boiled take pot off stove. Place a lid a lid on the pot.

3. And leave egg in pot for five minutes for a runny egg, six for semi-soft. Spread the avocado on the toast.

4. Cut the egg in half and add on top of the avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Presto, you are ready to plate.
