3 ripe bananas mashed
3 1/2 cups rolled oatmeal
2 eggs
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 375. Mix together all ingredients in large bowl. Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray. Fill muffin cups to top, these muffins don't rise so don't worry about them overflowing.
2. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. These can be made ahead and frozen.
