Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts, frozen (can use fresh, just add a bit more broth)

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can corn, I drained

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup salsa

1 packet taco seasoning

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to the crockpot. Stir. Cook on low for ~6 hours.

2. Shred chicken, stir back in, and serve. Makes about 3-4 servings. Can easily be doubled to feed a larger family.
