Ingredients:

500 grams chicken

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chilly flakes

1 tsp red chilly pwd

1/4 tsp pepper pwd

1/4 tsp lemon pepper

1/4 tsp garlic flakes

1 tsp chilly garlic paste

1/2 lemon juice

Directions:

1. Marinate chicken for 2 hrs or overnight.

2. Heat olive oil and a piece of butter in a pot.

3. Add the chicken and cook on medium heat for 30 mins.

4. Add 2 tblsp gorimas mexican sauce & 2 tblsp nestle cream. Cook for 10 mins. Serve with garlic rolls & a side dish. Garnish with chopped coriander.
