Ingredients:

1 cup of milk,1 tbsp of yeast - mix together and leave for 10 mins

3 cups of flour

1 tsp of salt

half cup of sugar

raisins a quarter cup

3 tbsp of coconut oil/veg oil

Directions:

1. Pre heat your oven for 15 mins. Mix the dry ingredients.

2. Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and start kneading. Add raisins and oil when kneading.

3. Knead until soft and leave the dough to proof for 1 hr. Divide the dough into round equal parts and shape like buns. Allow to proof for another 30 mins, apply egg wash and bake.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 mins.
