Ingredients:

1 kg of octopus

500 g of small potatoes

chopped garlic

chopped parsley

capers or black olives (if you like them)

Directions:

1. Cook the octopus for 4 hours in high, without adding anything.

2. At the end of cooking let it cool in the water that it released during cooking, and then peel it and cut it into small pieces.

3. While the octopus cooked, cut the potatoes into small pieces and boil them with a little salt, about 15 minutes of cooking.

4. Drain the potatoes, put them in a bowl together with the chopped octopus, the garlic, the parsley, and the capers.
