Ingredients:

2 red chilli

4 fingers green chilli

4spring onion

1 red onion

button mushrooms

2 tins of tomato

2 tins of spicy bean salad

paprika

garlic granules

garlic

mincemeat

rice

Directions:

1. Prepare vegetables, cut chilli into slices with spring onions, peppers into squares and slice carrots. Bosh into Crock Pot with tin tomato and bean salad, add table spoon or how you'd like the paprika, chilli powder, mixed herbs.

2. Brown of mincemeat with onion and add to Crock Pot with con carne mix stired every 30 mins for 6-8 hours on low add rice bosh.
