10-12 pork or beef sausages, browned and cut into bite size pieces
2 tsp garlic, crushed
3 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
2 carrots, cut into cubes
100g frozen peas
450 ml beef stock
1 and half tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp mango chutney
2 tbsp corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp water
1. Place all ingredients apart from corn flour mix into Crock Pot , cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs. After this time add the cornflour and cook for a further 15 mins.
