Ingredients:

pineapple rings

glacé cherries

packet mix sponge cake

Directions:

1. Cake liner in slow cooker. Pineapple rings in bottom with added glacé cherries to taste.

2. Packet mix sponge cake made as per instructions on packet.

3. Crock pot on high with tea towel under the lid.

4. Recipe stated 2 hours.
