Ingredients:

1 3-5 lb. beef roast

1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

1 pkg. Au Jus gravy mix

1 stick of butter

5 pepperoncini peppers

Directions:

1. Put the roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with Hidden Valley ranch dressing, add the Au Jus mix, stick of butter, and the 5 pepperoncini peppers.

2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Do not add water.
