250 gms plain biscuits
105 gms Peppermint Crisp chocolate
395 gms condensed milk
150 gms milk chocolate
1 tbs butter
1. Crush biscuits and peppermint crisp bars. In a mixing bowl add condensed milk and mix together. Press into a greased tray. Refrigerate.
2. Melt chocolate and a little butter and spread over slice. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint crisps. Refrigerate. Cut in slices. Serve.
