1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 bowl milk
1 small bowl grated paneer
1/2 bowl crushed dry fruits
1/4 bowl condensed milk
sugar as per taste
1 bowl mango pulp
1. Heat a kadhai, add mango pulp and let it heat.
2. Add grated paneer and mix it well, add condensed milk, crushed dry fruits powder, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix it well till it thickens and stir continuously.
3. Turn off the flame. Take a plate and grease it with ghee or butter. Add the mixture in plate and freeze it for 20-30 minutes. After 30 minutes Mango barfi is ready.
4. Cut out the shapes with cookie cutter. Mango Barfi is ready to serve.
