1 cup finely shredded dehydrated coconut
½ cup almond flour
6 tbs melted coconut oil
¼ tsp fine sea salt
2 tbs maple syrup (grade b)
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Pack the mixture into a tablespoon - and then slide it out and place on a plate. Repeat 10-11 more times.
3. Place the macaroons in the fridge for 10 minutes or until the cookies are solid.
4. Enjoy cold or eat at room temperature. Store in Fridge.
5. Notes: try making variations of this recipe! You can try adding a big pinch of one of these: lemon zest cardamom vanilla bean cacao powder.
