Ingredients:

5 tbsp butter

1 tbsp coconut oil

3 tbsp honey

2 cups almond flour

3 1oz squares dark chocolate, melted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter, coconut oil and honey together.

3. In a medium bowl, measure out almond flour. Slowly pour the butter mixture into the almond flour, stirring constantly.

4. Roll the dough into 1 1/2” balls and place on a well greased baking dish.

5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden in color.

6. Allow the cookies to cool for several minutes. Once cool, drizzle with melted chocolate.
