Ingredients:

16 oz. can jumbo buttermilk biscuits

1 lb. jimmy dean sausage cooked & crumbled

2 cups shredded colby & monterrey jack cheese

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 packet gravy mix

2 cups of water

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 3 Quart dish well with cooking spray.

2. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Lay the biscuits out in the bottom of the glass baking dish.

3. Sprinkle cooked sausage over biscuits. Sprinkle cheese over biscuits and sausage.

4. Combine eggs and milk, beat well. Purr egg mixture over casserole. Combine gravy packet and water well.

5. Pour over entire casserole. Cover casserole entirely with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove foil and broil to get the browned look for three to five minutes. Let the casserole sit for five minutes or so. Servings 8 people.
