4 cups cooked, chopped chicken (1 whole rotisserie chicken)
12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1/4 cup chicken broth
16 oz sour cream
1 stick of butter
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C / Gas 4 Moderate. Combine first 12 ingredients.
2. Spread into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
3. Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes, until bubbly.
