Ingredients:

3 cups of apricots, chopped

2 cups of chopped mangos (or pineapple)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 box of pectin

5 cups of sugar

Directions:

1. Mix all except the sugar in large pot and bring to a boil, then added sugar. Return to rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute.

2. Skim off any foam. Put into prepared jars, water bath 1/2 pints and 1 pints for 10 minutes, quarts for 25 minutes.
