Ingredients:

rose candy

1 c. white sugar

2 c. apple cider vinegar

3 cups of garlic cloves (8 bulbs)

Directions:

1. Stinking Rose Candy, Bring 1 c. white sugar and 2 c. Apple cider vinegar to a boil in a med. saucepan. Add 3 cups of garlic cloves (8 bulbs) and bring back to a boil and boil for 2-3 min.

2. Remove from heat and put in a quart size canning jar. Let cool on the counter, then cap and refrigerate for 4 weeks. (you have to peel the cloves of garlic for this recipe) this is homemade and you can use them cloves in pork roasts or any kind of sauce etc.
