450 g dark chocolate
225 g salted butter
225 g dark brown sugar
4 eggs
150 g plain flour
1 tsp vanilla extract /essence/paste whatever you have to hand
1. Melt chocolate and butter together, add sugar while still slightly warm. Allow to cool completely before adding the rest of the ingredients at the same time and mix until fully incorporated. Don't mix for too lo g or will result in more cakey brownies.
