1/4 cup butter softened
2 cups almond flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 large egg
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips i used lilly's
1. Preheat the oven to 350/
2. In a food processor or with a hand held electric mixer, mix flour, salt and baking soda.
3. Add the butter and pulse or mix into the dry ingredients. Add the egg, vanilla and almond extract.
4. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
5. With a tablespoon, ball dough and flatten with your hand, space the dough out evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes.
6. Let cool before serving.
