3 med. apples, peeled & chopped
2 t. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
7.5 oz. can (10 count) canned biscuits
1 t. all-purpose flour
1 t. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cornstarch
1 t. softened butter
1. Place the first 4 ingredients in a non-stick skillet and bring to a boil. Cook this mixture for 7-10 minutes or until it has thickened and reduced. Meanwhile, open the canned biscuits and take 2 biscuits and mash them together and press out to form a 4" circle. Place each circle (there will be 5 total) into a well buttered muffin tin. Press around to fit up the sides and repeat with remaining dough. Spoon the apple filling into each cup, packing it in good.
2. Prepare the topping. Mix it all last 4 together. Sprinkle a little over the top of each pie. Cover a cookie sheet with tinfoil (the filling will overflow a little) and place the muffin tin on the cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Once they are out of the oven, carefully remove each pie to a plate to cool slightly before eating.
