1 box pie shell (containing 2 shells)
3 potatoes, diced
1 carrot, diced
1/2 medium size turnip, diced
leftover gravy
leftover turkey, diced
1. Add cooked veggies and turkey in 1 pie shell. Fill pie shell.
2. Pour gravy over top. Add remaining pie shell, bottom side down letting the sides of the shell fall around edges.
3. Slice an X in top of shell to let heat escape. Bake 350C for 30 minutes or until browned.
