Ingredients:

1 lb breakfast sausage of your choice

1 green pepper

1 yellow onion

1 bag southern style hashbrowns (thawed)

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 stick butter

franks hot sauce (to your liking)

1-2 cup shredded cheese of your choice

salt & pepper to taste

cook onions and green peppers till soft (about 10 minutes)

Directions:

1. Mix Sausage in and cook till done.

2. Add thawed potatoes, chicken broth, 1/2 stick butter, hot sauce and salt & pepper.

3. Cook until potatoes are heated through. Stir gently so the potatoes do not break down! Add cheese and stir till just melted.
