Ingredients:

6 bread slices

butter for spreading

olive oil

dill to garnish

pan seared Norwegian salmon, crushed

4 large tomatoes, sliced into quarter, pulp removed

1/2 cup mayo

4 tbsp. mustard

salt and pepper

3 garlic cloves, peeled

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 200C, spread butter on bread on both sides , drizzle with olive oil , roast for at least 5-10 minutes or until crisp but not burn.

2. Remove from oven get the garlic and rub into hot bread, top with tomato, salmon fillet, mayo dressings and top with dill.
