Ingredients:

two 4" inch waffles

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 thin piece of breaded & fried chicken

maple syrup

Directions:

1. Preheat the Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker until green light comes on. Lift up the cover, top ring and cooking plate.

2. Place one waffle on the bottom cooking plate. Top with fried chicken. Lower cooking plate and top ring. Add egg to cooking plate.

3. Top with 2nd waffle and cook 3-4 minutes.

4. Slide out cooking plate by rotating handle clockwise. Lift cover and rings; carefully remove breakfast sandwich with plastic spatula.

5. Open sandwich and top with maple syrup.
