70 g. chopped nuts
180 g. dried apricots
10 g. oats
5 g. chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cinnamon
optional: 10 g. whey protein powder
1. Put the chopped in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped. Add the apricots, oats, chia seeds, vanilla essence, and cinnamon and pulse until chopped well. Using 1 tbsp. at a time, form the mixture into balls. Put in the fridge for 1 hour, and enjoy.
