6 slices white bread
4 eggs
1/4 c. whole milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 sausage links
butter
1. In a small skillet, place sausage links along with 1/4 c. water over medium heat.
2. Cook till water evaporates and then roll links to brown.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Mix together eggs, milk and cinnamon, preheat a skillet over medium high heat and then dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture and place in the pan cooking 2 at a time.
5. After about 1-2 minutes flip over and press flat cooking an additional 1-2 minutes.
6. Remove to a plate and continue till all bread is cooked.
7. Add any remaining egg mixture to the pan and scramble.
8. Remove from heat.
9. Take a piece of French toast, place 1 sausage link and a little of the egg in the center and roll up.
10. Do this with remaining French toast. Finish off with your favorite syrup.
