3/4 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp melted butter
1 large egg
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fresh blueberries
1. Mix buttermilk, egg and melted butter together in a smal bowl.
2. Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
3. Add wet to dry, mixing until combined, lumps are ok.
4. Gently and briefly fold in berries.
5. Spread in a greased 8×8 or 9×9 square baking pan.
6. Bake for 20-25 min until a toothpick comes out without wet batter clinging to it.
