Ingredients:

1/4 cup quinoa

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup water

a pinch of sea salt

1/2 banana

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tsp cacoa powder

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Bring quinoa, water, almond milk and salt to a boil in a small pot.

2. Then, reduce heat to simmer and cook until liquid has been absorbed, about 10 minutes.

3. Remember to stir occasionally.

4. Transfer to a bowl and mix in cacoa powder, vanilla and maple syrup.

5. Stir until combined.

6. Garnish with 1/2 banana cut in slices.
