Ingredients:

1 liter water

1 banana

a pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

1. Cut off the banana ends and boil them in 1 litre water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Strain the liquid into a teacup or mug. Add the cinnamon to improve the taste and boost the health benefits.

3. Drink one hour before bedtime.
