self-rising flour or ap flour and add a bit of baking powder
creole seasoning amount will depend on how much flour you use

1. Mix flour and Creole seasoning. Dont put too much bc it'll be salty. Then add a little water and mix until you get a thick batter.
2. Heat oil. Drop a tiny bit of batter in oil to check if it's ready. The batter will bubble. This means it's ready.
3. Fry each side until golden brown.
4. Enjoy with your favorite sauce.
