1 cup chilled milk
2 tbsp sugar
rose essence
rose food color
1/2 cup tapioca starch (tapioca pearls)
1/4 cup water (tapioca pearls)
1 tbsp sugar (tapioca pearls)
green food color (tapioca pearls)
1. In a blender combine all first 4 and blitz it.
2. Tapioca pearls (boba pearl/Bubble pearl). Boil water add sugar, coloring and add flour mix well form a dough. Roll the dough into small balls and boil in hot water for 5 minutes and wash in cold water.
3. In a large glass add boba pearls in the bottom and pour chilled rose milk over it and serve cold.
