Ingredients:

2 tetra packs of chicken stock or beef or veg or mushroom.

1 can onion soup or 1 chopped onion

1 cup each of two of these things or add 1/2 cup of all or whatever ratio you want: sweet potato or parsnips or yam or pumpkin or butternut squash or zucchini (drained) peeled and diced

1 head of diced cauliflower

1 cup of diced carrots

1 cup chard diced or beet greens or kale or mustard greens diced

2- 4 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tbsp curry powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp minced ginger

salt and pepper to taste

splash of apple cider vinegar

honey to taste to balance out flavors

hot sauce if you want it spicy

worcestershire sauce

Directions:

1. Cook in large pot until veggies are fork tender. Blend with Emmerson blender or blend in batches. Strain if you wish.

2. Simmer 5 min after add the spices the serve.
