Ingredients:

4 onions sliced and caramelized in butter

1/2 cup sherry

bay leaf

salt

pepper

ground thyme

quart of beef stock

toasted Italian bread

Swiss cheese

Directions:

1. Combine first 6 ingredients and cook for a few more minutes.

2. Add a quart of beef stock and pressure cooked for 20 min. Layered the top with toasted Italian bread and Swiss cheese, and pressure cooked it for 2 more minutes.
