3 cups diced tomatoes
3 cups diced onions
¼ cup cilantro
2 to 4 diced green chilies
1 ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1. Wash and dice tomatoes, onions, chilies. Mix in bowl.
2. Wash and chop cilantro. Mix in bowl with remaining ingredients.
3. Add salt, pepper, lime and lemon juices. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
4. Can be placed in tight container in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
