1 kg lamb of choice
1 onion
few garlic
3 med cubed
1. In the pan, heat 2 tsp oil and brown lamb on all sides. Place in slow cooker for 4 hours on high with 1 cup water 1 chopped onion and whole garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to cook.
2. After 4 hours, remove from slow cooker. Place in oven tray and remove all the onions and garlic from slow cooker and sprinkle over lamb.
3. Place cubes (with salt and pepper) and roast in oven for 30 minutes at 200° Turn lamb at least once. After 30 minutes, remove and serve with steamed veggies. Enjoy.
