500 g minced beef, cooked and drained
1 tin baked beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp crushed chillies
grated cheese
1. Place all first 5 in sc and give a good mix, lid on,on high for 2-3 hrs. Then remove lid and cook for a further 1 -2 hrs.
2. Spoon on top of nachos, top with grated cheese, bung in oven for 5 mins to melt cheese.
3. Serve with fresh soured cream and if you like, salsa and guacamole.
