5 pounds peeled and cut potatoes
1 diced onion
2stalks celery diced
3 to 4 quarts chicken broth
3 bricks of cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1. Place everything in Slow cooker, except cream cheese. Add the cream cheese the last 30 minutes, before serving. Cook 6 to 8 hours on low.This also freezes well.
2. You can garnish with bacon bits or what you like.
