230 g of butter
1 cup cooking cream
4 cloves garlic crushed
1.5 cup chicken stock
1 tsp mustard powder
2 tbsp plain flour
salt & pepper to taste
1. Heat butter and garlic on high until butter is melted. Stir in flour.
2. Slowly add stock and cream and stir to combine
3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hrs or until thickened nicely, stirring every 10 mins.
