Ingredients:

potatoes

sweet potatoes

courgettes

carrots

onion

parsnips

2 cloves of crushed garlic

1 tin of chopped tomatoes

1 tin of sweetcorn

1 tin of baked beans

1 carton of passata

2 vegetable stock cubes

enough water to cover your veggies

1 teaspoon of paprika

2 teaspoons of crushed chilies

Directions:

1. Chop veggies.

2. You could also add some lentils. Or you could add some pasta about an hour before serving. You could use any frozen/fresh/tinned veggies.

3. Cook on high all afternoon (approx. 5-6 hours).
