21/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 onion thinly sliced
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes drained
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 chicken broth
1. Combine Italian seasoning garlic powder salt and pepper in bowl and sprinkle over chicken.
2. Place chicken in Slow cooker. Top with onions tomatoes. Pour chicken broth and balsamic vinegar on top.
3. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve over hot bed of rice.
