2 chicken breasts
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
1 can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can white beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can whole kernel sweet corn (include liquid)
1 can rotel
1 cup chicken stock or broth
1 ranch dressing seasoning packet
garlic powder
salt + pepper
chili powder
1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot, place cream cheese block over chicken. Add the beans, corn and rotel.
2. Add seasonings. Add chicken broth. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Remove the chicken breasts and shred, add chicken back in and stir. Tastes great with tortilla chips!
