1kg chicken breast (or thigh), cut into chunks
1 red onion, diced
250g bacon, diced
1 tin cream of chicken soup
300g sour cream
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1. Brown off chicken, bacon and onion and add to Slow cooker.
2. Mix together the chicken soup, sour cream and garlic. Pour over chicken mixture and stir thru.
3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with pasta
