10 beef sausages
500ml coconut cream
2 heaped teaspoons curry powder
1 large onion
Two carrots
2 teaspoons of garlic
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 chicken oxo cubes
1 cup water
1 chopped apple
1. Boil sausages. Drain. Peel skin off and chop in to 2cm bits.
2. Mix in a bowl curry powder, garlic, oxo cubes, coconut cream, tomato paste and water.
3. Put drained, peeled and chopped snags in Slow cooker.
4. Then add chopped carrot chopped onion and chopped apple, then pour over the curry creamed mixture and put on high for 2 hrs and low for 2 hrs.
