1 lb ground beef
1/2 can of unsalted corn
1/2 can of unsalted peas
lotta shredded cheese
2 packs of idaho baby red mashed potato mix
butter
milk
various seasonings
1. Brown beef and add in veggies when beef is almost done. Once fully cooked, let it sit on the eye (turned off but still hot).
2. Make the taters mostly according to directions. Drain beef and veggies and mix it with the potatoes. Dump into a baking pan and smooth it out. COVER in cheese.
3. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes, broil on high for about 2-4 minutes.
