Ingredients:

2 box cheese potatoes

1 lb ground beef

1 cup cheddar cheese

salt

pepper

1/4 -1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions:

1. Set oven to temp as directed on your box.

2. In a pot place your ground beef season with salt, pepper and the onion powder. Brown till done drain off grease.

3. In the same pot make the potatoes according to the directions on the box, add in 1/2 c of the cheese, mix well.

4. Transfer to a casserole dish. Cook according to the "oven" directions on the box - 450 for 25 min.

5. Take out of oven top with rest of cheese let rest for about 5-8 min then serve.
