Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups of sieved plain flour

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda

2 cups of soya milk

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar

1 1/2 cups of sugar

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

red food coloring

green food coloring

Directions:

1. Sieve all dry ingredients together and set aside.

2. Mix vinegar and soya milk together and let sit for 5 mins. Add the sugar, oil and vanilla extract and mix. Little by little add the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Divide the batter into 2 and add food coloring in each and Mix.

3. Grease and flour the bunt cake tin and pour the batter one on top of each other. Take a skewer and make swirl all over the cake. Bake in a 180c preheated oven for 40mins or until cake is baked through. Remove and let cool completely before unmolding. Decorate with a simple icing and garnish with sprinkles.
