Ingredients:

1 (8 oz) container lemon yogurt

2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled

1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced

8 (7 oz size) paper cups

8 plastic spoons

Directions:

1. Put the yogurt and the fruit in a blender, cover, and blend until smooth. Spoon into paper cups and put in freezer.

2. Freeze until slushy (about 45 to 55 minutes).

3. Insert a spoon into each cup, then continue to freeze until solid, for a few more hours. When ready to eat, take out one paper cup and let sit out on counter for 5 minutes, then peel back the paper cup and eat, using spoon as handle.
