2 smashed bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp banana extract
2 cups oat meal, such as quaker's, (do not use instant)
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (use 1/4 cup carob and 3 tbs chopped dark chocolate)
1. Mix it all up well. Drop round spoonful's on a cookie sheet.
2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
